Eligibility Process

Funding for individuals seeking substance use disorder services is available through the Behavioral Health Fund (BHF).  Eligibility for this funding is determined by income and family size.

An individual can access these funds by contacting Morrison County Social Services and requesting a Rule 25 Chemical Use Comprehensive Assessment. The Comprehensive Assessment will determine an individual’s level of substance use and recommend an appropriate level of care.
