The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 6-8-2024 at approximately 8:08 pm, their office received a report of a person who fell out of the back of a truck at the Belle Prairie Park located on Haven Road, approximately two miles north of Little Falls, MN in Belle Prairie Township.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, 34-year-old Kirsten Lee Vander Martin of Little Falls, MN was driving a truck on the paved trail in Belle Prairie Park. 37-year-old Jessica Muller of Little Falls, MN was sitting on the tailgate of the moving truck holding a dog leash while the dog was walking. The dogs leash got wrapped around a tree pulling Muller out of the vehicle onto the paved trail. Muller was transported to St. Gabriel’s Hospital by Mayo Clinic Ambulance with unknown injuries.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Little Falls Police Department, and Mayo Clinic Ambulance.
