The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 6-8-2024 at approximately 5:37 pm, their office received a report of an ATV crash with injuries on Highway 27 near 370th Avenue, approximately four miles north of Hillman, MN in Richardson Township.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, 21-year-old Dominick Herold of Pierz, MN was driving a side-by-side westbound in the ditch along Highway 27. The side-by-side hit a road approach causing it to roll over. Herold’s passenger, 24-year-old Genelle Marquette of Maple Lake, MN was air lifted to St. Cloud Hospital by Life Link III with unknown injuries. Alcohol is believed to be involved; this case is under investigation.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the MN State Patrol, Pierz Police Department, Pierz Fire Department, Hillman Area Rescue Team, Life Link III and Onamia Ambulance.
