The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office reports that charges are pending against 42-year-old Travis Zaiser of Minneapolis, MN and 40-year-old Gabriel Smith of Dellwood, MN for their involvement in a burglary at a communications tower site approximately one mile southwest of Little Falls, MN in Pike Creek Township.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, on 5-15-2024 at approximately 3:41 pm, an employee of Fallsnet called the Sheriff’s Office and reported that two males were on camera attempting to break into the building at the tower site. Deputies responded to the scene and detained the two subjects identified as Zaiser and Smith. Deputies located evidence that the two subjects forced entry to the property. Zaiser and Smith were placed under arrest and were transported to Morrison County Jail where they are being held pending formal charges.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the MN State Patrol.
