The Morrison County Recorder’s Office is responsible recording, indexing, and maintaining documents relating to real estate.

We issue birth, death and marriage records. In addition, our office is a Passport Acceptance facility.

PLEASE NOTE:  Minnesota state statute 481.02 prohibits this office from giving legal advice and/or preparing legal documents.
